I’m Mia Bush
I fell in love with counseling as a profession during my work at a juvenile prison. Once I decided to become a licensed counselor, I wouldn’t let anything get in my way. Surviving as a single mom while pursuing my professional goals wasn’t easy, but my experiences have taught me that anything is possible with hard work and the right support. My journey from student to successful business owner proves it’s possible to accomplish your dreams even if you’re a woman, minority, or member or another marginalized group. I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC), Licensed Alcohol Drug Counselor (LADC), Alcohol and Drug Substance Abuse Course (ADSAC) assessor, and Substance Abuse Professional (SAP).
