Mia Bush Therapy is a private pay and limited insurance provider. Please review insurances accepted on fees and insurance page. I am not accepting EAP benefits at this time. Please review your insurance prior to contacting me to know your copay and deductible responsibilities. You will be responsible for any fees assessed prior to the session, if insurance does not pay the claim, you are responsible for the full fee prior to your following appointment. I will provide a superbill for anyone wanting to use their out of network benefits.
ALL assessments are cash/debit/credit card only (see fees and insurance page).
