These are the only insurance carriers that I accept at this time. Unfortunately, I do not accept EAP. Please view cash rates for those who do not have insurance.

Cash, check and all major credit cards (except American Express) accepted for payment.

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
